Operation Instructions:
Heat and control:When the environment temperature is 0.7ºC lower than the set temperature, the heating device will be connected. The red indicator lamp will turn to green when the temperature is 0.7ºC higher than the set temperature and the heating device is turned off at the same time.
Overheated protection:Put the sensor into the pipe and put it around the heating body which needs the over-heating protection. When the heating temperature is higher than the overheated protection point temperature (standard temperature point is 50±3ºC, set it as your need).The thermostat will be shut forcefully down in case the overheating. When the temperature returns to the 5ºC lower than the protection temperature point, the thermostat will start resume work.
On/Off: Press the “On-off switch” can turn on or turn off the thermostat. When thermostat powers on, the indicator lamp will turn red and the heating load will power on at the same time. When thermostat powers off, the indicator lamp will turn green and the heating load will be shut down at the same time.
Scale correction: You can correct the temperature scale which caused by environment, loading and infrared rays as follow ways:
1 Turn the Temperature Controller on the critical point.
2 Using a screw driver take out the Temperature Controller.
3 Turn the temperature indicator on the standard degree and insert the temperature c controller again.
Mounting:
1 Pinch the screw which on the underside of the thermostat off, then take the top shell off.
2 Mount the thermostat with two 4*25 screws on the wall which with the 86*86mm junction box on it.
3 Make sure the temperature indicator indicate between 15 ºC~25 ºC temperature ranges.
4 Look at the 8815 series thermostats hookup to connect the power and heating load wire.
5 Put on the top shell and pinch the screw.
Attention:
1. We recommend using 4mm2 wire as the connecting wire.
2. Due to the compensatory function, one hour later the thermostat will be the optimum condition.
